Yale University Netcasts

Netcasts, also known as podcasts, are web-based broadcasts. Any user with a Mac, PC or properly configured multimedia device can access the rich variety of content offered by Yale University.

Yale University currently provides netcasts in 15 different series for download and listening via iTunes and common RSS Feed aggregators. The netcasts are provided in MP3 format for easy use on computers or multimedia devices.

When you subscribe, new netcasts can be delivered automatically to a PC, Mac or multimedia device whenever an episode becomes available. Yale University offers two ways to subscribe to the Yale netcasts.

iTunes U
Yale University Netcasts are available on iTunes U through Apple’s iTunes software. You can access Yale University on iTunes U.

RSS Feeds
You can subscribe directly to Yale University Netcasts via an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed so you can enjoy them through the media aggregator of your choice.

When using an RSS Media Aggregator to "subscribe," the application checks our site regularly and starts a download whenever it finds new episodes.
