CALENDAR OF EVENTS
The deadline for events to appear in the Yale Bulletin & Calendar is noon on Tuesday, 10 days before publication. A current production schedule is available online, by fax or at the Office of Public Affairs, 265 Church Street, Suite 901. We reserve the right to edit listings and to use building abbreviations as listed in the Yale University Directory. For more information, call Elizabeth Connolly at (203) 432-1324.
To be included in the calendar, an event must be happening on the Yale campus, or must be taking place in New Haven and be sponsored by an official Yale organization.

CLASSIFIED ADS

Classifieds is a free service offered to current Yale students, faculty and staff. Alumni and hospital employees are not eligible to place ads. Because Classifieds appear on a space-available basis, there is no guarantee when an ad will run or that an ad will run more than once.
Forms may be submitted in person at the Office of Public Affairs, 265 Church Street, Suite 901; sent via e-mail using the electonic versions, below; sent through the U.S. Mail to P.O. Box 208279, New Haven, CT 06520-8279; or faxed to (203) 432-1323. Classified forms and production schedules may be faxed locally upon request.
Please Note:
- Ads for permanent employment cannot be accepted.
- Yale telephone numbers may not be used in the "Services Offered" category.
- Members of the Yale community may promote their own part-time businesses or their spouses' free-lance services. A commercial business is not considered a service and submissions listing such material will not be accepted for publication.
- An advertiser may list only one real estate ad per issue and only two service ads per issue; there is a total limit of three ads per person for each issue.
- The editor reserves the right to edit and abbreviate all listings.
